Welcome to Madurai Appliance Fix. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms protect both you (the customer) and us (the service provider).

1. Nature of Service

Madurai Appliance Fix is an independent, third-party service center.

  • We are not an authorized service center for any specific appliance brand.

  • We provide doorstep repair and maintenance services for ACs, Fridges, Washing Machines, and TVs in Madurai.

  • All brand names and logos used on this site are for identification purposes only and belong to their respective owners.

  • AI Disclosure: This website uses AI-generated images for illustrative and service identification purposes. These images are representative and do not depict actual customer appliances or specific repair results.

2. Service Visit & Inspection Fee

  • A standard Service Visit Charge of ₹350 is applicable for every doorstep inspection.

  • This fee covers the technician’s time and travel to diagnose the issue.

  • If you choose to proceed with the suggested repair, the final bill will include the labor charges and the cost of any spare parts used.

3. Warranty Terms

We stand behind the quality of our work with the following guarantees:

  • Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on the specific repair performed. If the same fault recurs within 30 days, we will rectify it at no extra labor cost.

  • Spare Parts Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on new spare parts installed by us.

  • Exclusions: Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party or if the fault is due to external factors (e.g., power fluctuations, physical damage).

4. Payments

  • Payments are due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.

  • There are no hidden charges. Any additional costs for parts will be communicated and approved by you before the repair starts.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a safe working environment for our technicians.

  • An adult (18+) must be present at the premises during the service visit.

  • Please ensure all valuable items are moved away from the repair area.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians are highly trained and handle all appliances with extreme care, Madurai Appliance Fix is not liable for pre-existing internal damages or secondary faults that may arise in aged or heavily corroded appliances during the repair process.
